The Masked Grand Ball at the Palace of Versailles

For the eighth consecutive year, one of the most intriguing events of the already exuberant Parisian scene is re-proposed, revisiting the splendor and luxury of the Bourbon period: the Masked Grand Ball at the Palace of Versailles.

Between baroque masks and sparkling dresses of lace and brocades we head towards the palace of power par excellence, the Palace of Versailles, created specifically to show off the French magnificence and to distract the French nobility with parties and events.

Inside the palace the party is even crazier.  In one of the huge halls that once hosted romantic encounters, a stage and huge headlights were mounted, making Versailles the busiest place of the Parisian night.

The evening ended with a show of lights, lasers and flames: a colorful au revoir that stands on the walls rich in history of one of the most beautiful buildings in the world.
